Glover inspired a story about a Spider-Man Alter-ego, Miles Morales, in the Ultimate Spider-Man Universe who is of mixed-race. People flew into as much of frenzy over such a re-working as they did Parker’s death. (However, what good is an Ultimate Universe if it does not create alternative storylines?).
